Maintaining regular mouth hygiene is important.
Artificial saliva may be of benefit. Discuss with your doctor.
Choose moist foods and moisten other foods with extra gravy/sauces/liquids.
Keep fluids on hand. Sip liquids frequently to moisten the mouth (carry a drink bottle).
Stimulate your saliva. Chewing gum, mints or lemon drops may help.
Avoid hot beverages and alcohol. They can have a drying effect on the mouth.
